What it is

Designed to easily adapt to all business situations, whether they are equipped with ERP with production management module or with manual management of work orders.

The main purpose of the suite is to send information to machines and/or operators and to acquire data from production, all with the aim of impacting workers’ operations as little as possible. This type of approach is highly appreciated especially by companies that work as subcontractors or in small-scale production, but which have equipped themselves with state-of-the-art machinery with the aim of increasing the quality and efficiency of production.

The suite includes a back office and front-end part which are described below.

What it does

  • Data exchange from machines to PC and vice versa: from PC/Tablet to machines
  • Traceability of the production order through barcode / Qr Code in paper and/or electronic format (optional)
  • Local backup to SD card or remote FTP (optional)
  • Declaration by the operator of parts as GOOD or REJECTS during the processing/order production phase
  • Job tracking by providing historical data concerning their productivity (day, production time, operator name, machine, work program, etc.)
  • True FACTORY 4.0 layout with images of the machines associated with productivity. You can quickly identify the machines in production, tooling, alarm, downtime or maintenance (synoptic)
  • Rapid integration of machine tools with different communication protocols
  • Customisation (costing on final balance) according to the needs of the individual customer

Functioning

The operations are carried out from "BACK OFFICE" where the workshop order manager interacts with the appropriate screens and controls the production of each individual machine through the summary screen via HOME.

The operational part of the software can be "remote" on a tablet or on a PC on the side of the machine "FRONT END" where the operator can read the Production Orders by job order or by single machine managing them

Traceability of the electronic PRODUCTION ORDER (SQL server) but also with the option of paper copies, associating a QR code/bar code to the test pieces or produced parts container.

Communication

The application communicates directly with the machines and is designed to be used by operators in production, which is why it has a simple and intuitive interface.

Case Studies

Depending on the implementation at the specific customer’s site, the following cases are created:

  • Its use is optional
  • Can be consulted by the operator to know which production orders are active in the various departments/machines
  • It can be used to send the data of a specific production order and/or relevant phase to the machine where it is to be executed
  • In the case of a manual machining centre, it can be used to make production deposits
