The MES EVO has been designed to easily adapt to different sectors and all types of companies (industrial, artisanal, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, process...), whether they are equipped with an ERP with production management module or with manual job order management.
Objectives
The main objectives of EVO are to transmit updated information in real time, reduce human errors, gather field information (especially from interconnected machines), and enhance production times and progress, all in the simplest and least disruptive way possible for existing business processes.
Simple and fast
This type of approach is appreciated both by structured and organized companies and by those working as subcontractors or in an artisanal way, but have equipped themselves with cutting-edge machinery with the aim of increasing the quality and efficiency of production.
It allows system configuration, management of production orders and all related entities (items, cycles/phases, bills of materials...), monitoring of connected machine statuses, and production progress for individual interconnected or standalone work centers.
It's the operational part of the software to be used on the shop floor via any browser-enabled device (PC, all-in-one, notebook, tablet). It allows operators to associate themselves with work centers by inputting setup times, maintenance, and production inputs, and to start, pause, and close work phases of production orders, also accessing all accompanying documentation (technical drawings, photos, videos, tool lists, work notes...).
With this new feature, EVO can send programs directly to the machines without the need for additional software.
